Instructions for Accessing Various Aspects of NewMINT Analysis of the First Amendment


1.. To access a paper describing in detail the seven ambiguities in the First Amendment dealt with by the NewMINT System, Click here

2. To access a list of the seven-letter short-names that can be used to access each individual one of the 1344 different interpretations of the First Amendment, Click here .

3. To access the NewMINT System for generating the 1344 alternative interpretations of the First Amendment, click on this Amendment.zip file
to download its contents to your computer in the window of your Zip software (EasyZip, WinZip or other) that will contain the four files that constitute the NewMINT Interpretation System for the First Amendment.

To install these files on your computer, do the following:
A. Create in the root directory of the C Drive a Folder called NewMINT Systems.
B. In that Folder create a Folder callend Amendment I.
C. In the Zip window select the four files by pressing Ctrl-A.
D. Extract the four files to the Amendment I Folder (1) by clicking on the Extract Icon on the Menu Bar and then (2) navigating in the Navigation Window that comes up to C:\NewMINT Systems\Amendment I.and then (3) clicking on the Extract Button.
