1. To access a list of the seven-letter short-names that can be used to access each individual one of the 925 different interpretations of the Earnest Money Provision, Click Here.

2. To access the NewMINT System for generating the 925 alternative interpretations of the Earnest Money Provision, click on the EarnestMoney.zip file to download its contents to your computer in the window of your Zip software (EasyZip, WinZip, or other). The zip file will contain the four files that constitute the NewMINT Interpretation System for the Earnest Money Provision. To install these files on your computer, do the following:
   A. Create in the root directory of the C Drive a Folder called NewMINT Systems.
   B. In that Folder create a Folder called Earnest Money Provision.
   C. In the zip window, click Ctrl-A to select the four files.
   D. Extract the four files to the Earnest Money Provision Folder by
       1. clicking on the Extract Icon on the Menu Bar, and then
       2. navigating in the Navigation Window that comes up to C:\NewMINT Systems\Earnest Money Provision, and then
       3. clicking on the Extract Button.
